Why Tech Sprinter exists
After years of building engineering teams and shipping products across startups and enterprises, we saw the same pattern repeat: early-stage companies either hired a full-time CTO too early — burning equity and runway — or went without senior technical leadership entirely, accumulating technical debt that slowed them down later.
