What happens if we need more hours?

Additional hours are billed at your tier rate. We flag it before going over so there are no surprises.

Can we change commitment length mid-engagement?

Yes. You can move to a longer commitment at any renewal point. Downgrading requires 30 days notice.

Do you work with AI-first or AI-enabled companies?

Yes — and it's a core strength. We have deep experience designing agentic systems, LLM pipelines, and AI-native product architectures.

How many hours per month does a fractional CTO work?

It depends on your needs. Our Advisor tier is 44-50 hours/month for strategic guidance. Our Embedded CTO tier is 85-90 hours/month for full hands-on leadership. Both include async Slack access between sessions.
