By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.

Services

Tech Sprinter (operated by Extramile Engineers) provides fractional CTO and technology leadership services. The scope, duration, and deliverables of each engagement are defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement signed by both parties.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and code — is the property of Extramile Engineers. Work product created during a client engagement is governed by the terms of the signed service agreement, which typically transfers ownership to the client upon full payment.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Extramile Engineers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during an engagement. This obligation survives termination of the service agreement for a period of two years.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Lahore, Pakistan.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
